Our Policy

RosieCakes Cupcakes does not issue refunds, but we gladly provide store credit. Payments are accepted in cash or by card only. Please be aware that custom orders may have extra charges beyond the listed prices, and a minimum order of six cupcakes is required. Delivery fees may vary. For orders over 50 cupcakes, a deposit is needed, which can be refunded if the order is canceled within 24 hours. We ask for a 24-hour notice for all delivery orders. Furthermore, a 50% deposit of the total invoice is required for wedding cake orders to confirm your date on our calendar.
